Mr. Greg Lambert has been training in ITF Taekwon-Do since he started at Sidekicks 20 years ago. From Sidekicks, Mr. Lambert moved to Victoria Taekwon-Do to train under Master J. Roussel, who in November 2010 awarded Mr. Lambert his 3rd degree black belt.

No competition has held Mr. Lambert back, who was been competing since he started Taekwon-Do. After several regional and national tournaments, Mr. Lambert was selected for Junior Team Canada in 2006 for the World Championship in Geelong, Australia and again the following year for the World Championship in Birmingham, England.

Currently training under Master Phil Mageau (7th Degree black belt), Mr. Lambert hope to rebuild Grand Master Choi’s ITF Taekwon-Do in western Canada by providing training for all those who wish to learn Taekwon-Do through Pacific ITF Taekwon-Do.
